- Do you offer free quotes?
- Yes. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. Call or text (801) 819-1229 and we'll get you a number.
- How do I get a quote — in person or by photos?
- Whichever you prefer. We can walk the property with you, or you can send pictures and short video and we'll quote from those. For larger or more complicated jobs we usually like to see it in person.
- Can I text instead of calling?
- Yes. Text (801) 819-1229 any time. Texting photos of the tree is often the fastest way to start.
- Do you haul away the wood and the stump?
- We can. Hauling the wood, grinding the stump, and taking or leaving the chips are all options — tell us what you want and we'll price it that way.
- Do you serve my town?
- We're based in Mapleton and work throughout Utah County and Northern Utah. If you're nearby, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
- How soon can you schedule the work?
- It depends on the season and how big the job is. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what the current schedule looks like.
- What payment options do you accept?
- We keep payment flexible. Ask when you get your quote and we'll go over the options with you.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Ask us for our current license and insurance details before work begins and we'll send them over.
- Do you handle storm damage or emergencies?
- Call or text us and we'll tell you straight whether we can get to it and how soon.
