Terms of Service

Quotes
Quotes are free and are based on what we can see at the time — in person or from the photos you send. If conditions turn out to be different once we're on site, we'll talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.
Scheduling and weather
Tree work depends on weather and safe conditions. If we have to move a date we'll tell you as early as we can and reschedule at the first opening that works for you.
Access and the work site
Please make sure we can reach the tree and that vehicles, pets, and loose items are clear on the day. Let us know about sprinklers, septic lines, and buried utilities on the property before we start.
Wood, chips, and cleanup
Whether wood and chips are hauled away or left on site is agreed in the quote. We clean up the work area when we finish.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed with your quote. We keep payment flexible — ask and we'll work with you.
